TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions outlined below cover the purchasing, returns and cancellations of all items available to order at Tiny Threads via the ecommerce site, tinythreadsni.co.uk

ORDERING
All orders can be placed via the website, however you can contact myself via the 'contact us' option, Instagram at _tinythreads.ni, or via email at corra@tinythreadsni.co.uk should you request to place a custom order.
All prices are listed against each individual item when ordering and are inclusive of VAT.
Postage and packaging is calculated at checkout, where you have the option to pay by card via Stripe, or there is the option to pay via Bank Transfer.
Once an order is placed, you will received an email with your order confirmation number, please retain this for your records. This email may go into your junk or spam folder.
All items are individually handmade by myself, so run on a minimum of 4-6 week turnaround for in stock fabrics, and 6-8 week turnaround preorder fabrics. Should there be a change in turnaround times, this will be notified through a banner at the top of the main homepage.

SHIPPING
All items at Tiny Threads are handmade by myself, and I work within a 4-6 week turnaround on in stock fabrics, and 6-8 week turnaround on preorder fabrics; these turnaround times may vary depending on time of year and busy periods, but I will update the website when there is a change to turnaround times.
Delivery is to the UK only, and all items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 at a flat rate of £3.75.
Please allow Royal Mail sufficient time to deliver your order, especially if placing a large order.

RETURN & CANCELLATIONS
As all items are individually handmade,  cancellations will be only be accepted withing 48 hors of an order being placed. Any cancellations after that 48 hours period may not be accepted and therefor may not be refunded.  
If an item has been delivered and you have changed your mind or require an exchange, you must notify me within 7 days of receiving your order. Items being returned or exchanged, must be returned in the original condition and packaging, with any tags still attached where applicable.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange and pay for return postage.
In the unlikely event an item has arrived damaged, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order so that I can arrange a return and like for like exchang.
Refunds will be subject to items being received in a suitable condition. Refunds will not be processed until items have been returned and the reason for return reviewed.
When returning items, proof of postage, including tracking, should be obtained.
